HB-1524D Video decoding board

4-channel D1 / 16-channel CIF video decoding board

H.264 encoder cards in HB-1500 series are based on H.264/G.729 compression standard and powerful DSP PNX1500 from Philips. Video and audio can be kept entirely synchronous, video resolution supports CIF, Half D1 or Full D1 and frame ratio of video is adjustable continuously which can be up to 25frames/sec(PAL) or 30frames/sec(NTSC).

Video Specification:

output method: composite video output or standard VGA output

Output interface:

Composite video method: BNC socket

Output resistance: 75Ω, Vp-p=1.0V

VGA method: Standard VGA socket

RGB signal output resistance:75Ω; RGB signal output :Vp-p=0.7V

Synchronization signal output: Vp-p=3.3V

Video interface: four channels

Decompression performance: 4 channels D1/ 16 channels CIF

Hardware filter: multi-level hardware filter and De-interlace, efficiently improves the image quality.

Main Performance:

Compression standard: uses H.264 compression standard

Image quality: clean image, bright colored, nice stereovision, natual edge transition, eliminating the sawtooth
Network transmission:support narrow band transition, support IE based monitoring, smooth network transmission, and client supports 96-channel simultaneous  monitoring

Resource consumption: during decompression, there is no CPU resources consumption.Highly efficient decoding. Supports more than 96 channels simultaneous  playback
Hardware filter: multi-level hardware filter and De-interlace, efficiently improves the image quality.

Encryption function: provides the unique identification number of the board
Hardware watch dog: high accuracy detection to ensure the stability of the system

Operating system :Windows 2000 and  Windows XP

The Maximum supported channels on one host PC: 24 channels for D1/96 channels for CIF
